RFmondial DECT NR+ Update
2024 was a successful year for RFmondial’s achievements in DECT NR+. The DECT NR+ evaluation board was developed within the publicly funded MERCI project and it was used for creating a variety of demonstrators and for evaluating the technological limits of DECT NR+. In particular, the project has demonstrated low-latency audio and video transmissions, fulfilling the challenging requirements of professional applications. Furthermore, RFmondial presented the results on different events such as the Forum Digital Technologies in September, the November edition of DECT Today, the DECT World 2024 conference and exhibition in December. We are looking forward to next year’s developments, especially combining parallel audio transmissions and the inherent capability of DECT NR+ to set up mesh network.
